At PRIESTLEY LGV Training we do not dress up our prices. We charge the flat fee for all our training courses plus cost of practical test - That's it - No hidden extras!

Our courses are all intensive one to one training courses - NO sharing with another trainee.  you will have the full attention of your instructor throughout your course.

Our Current Prices

 Cat C (Rigid) This course is 15 hours behind the wheel one to one training which we find suits most customers wanting to go from Cat B to rigid truck  -  £1,395 including both practical test fees 

Cat C+E (Artic) Upgrade from Cat C This course is 20  hours behind the wheel one to one training - £1,740 including both practical test fees.  This course is suitable for those who already hold a Cat C licence

Direct Acces from Cat B to C+E

Our 30 hours training course is priced at £2,440 including both practical test fees.

This course is for people wanting to skip the Cat C Rigid training and test and we advise an assessment drive prior to booking.

WE OFFER A DAY REFRESHER COURSE  AT £350 FOR DRIVERS WHO ALREADY HOLD AN LGV LICENCE BUT HAVE NOT DRIVEN FOR SOME TIME.

Priestley LGV only use full size vehicles so that our customers leave with the full confidence to tackle any job that comes their way.

Q. What do I do now?

A: If you are starting out with your LGV training you will need a Medical. You can use your own doctor or we can recommend one who specialises in LGV Medicals. (See Links Page for details of LGV Driver Medicals and download Medical forms.)

You will also need provisional entitlement on your driving licence for LGV.    Pass your Theory and Hazard Perception test then start your driver training with PRIESTLEY LGV

Contact us and we will provide all the relevant forms you require and help you book your medical and theory tests.  

Should you be unsure of your capabilities with a large vehicle we can and arrange an assessment drive should you feel you need one for only £50.
